How It Works

Step 1

We invite you to click “Schedule Now”  to book your Complimentary 10-minute Virtual Discovery Call, or contact our office at 303-447-2225.   This conversation helps us determine whether our personalized model of care aligns with your goals before moving forward.

Step 2

We schedule a 1 hour visit to complete your Comprehensive Intake and Initial Visit. This is a deep dive into your health!  During this visit we review your health history in depth (we like to leave no stone unturned), and discuss any testing needed to give us clear answers, and a full picture of your health (more complex cases may require 1.5 hours).

Step 3

We schedule a Report of Findings visit (40 minutes to 1 hour) to go over your results in detail. We will then make the appropriate recommendations (supplements, nutrition, lifestyle) for your uniquely curated plan of action. Follow up appointments range from once every 2 weeks to once monthly and are scheduled for 20 minute or 40 minute durations.
